If you have never heard of this wonderful beach you should visit it on your next visit to Portugal. You can go by boat, it costs 1.5 € per person each way, or by foot only on low tide (a very funny experience).

In third place Benagil Beach, we choose this place not for the beach itself, but because of the caves nearby. You can visit the caves next to the beach, known for the pictures worldwide. To visit the “Benagil Cave” get a boat from the beach Benagil.
In front of Olhão you can find one of the most idyllic and remote locations Algarve, the Armona Island.
To get there you must take the boat in Olhão where you can enjoy a 15-minute journey through Ria Formosa a natural protected reserve. After you arrive at the island you can choose which location suits you better, the sea or the estuary side.

For many years Dona Ana beach in Lagos was known as the best beach in the Algarve, and one of the best in the world ( won several awards ). However in recent months this beach undergone a complete refurbishment due to the danger of falling cliffs, however we believe it is still one of the top 10 beaches Algarve. Located at “Costa Vincentina” between Sagres and Aljezur, also known as Bordeira Beach. Carrapeira beach is known for the surf lovers as one of the best beaches in Portugal for surfing. The ideal place for those who do not like beaches with many people. With an extensive beach does not need to walk far to be alone. Located at Costa Vincentina ( the West side of Portugal ) you can find Odeceixe Beach. Here you can see where Odeceixe River joins the sea. Be careful with the currents, which can be dangerous. Definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.
Known as “Desert Island”, this island is located in front of Faro city (a good choice for the first or last day of your stay in the Algarve ). If you get a chance make sure you visit the desert island or Farol. Located in Ria Formosa one of the local most beautiful places in Algarve. You can take the boat to Desert Island near the Faro dock.
Located in Porches, the Albandeira Beach is a small but beautiful beach, known for its natural arch, and beautiful caves and cliffs. A place not to be missed. Suites Alba Resort & Spa is very close to this beach.
