Firstly thank you for your help with organising the transfers, we really appreciate it.
The driver both to and from the airport were very friendly, helpful and polite, the vehicles were good size, clean and cool (which in the heat is very welcome!).
I guess my only suggestion to maybe make an already excellent service better would be to have some cold water bottles in a cool box perhaps to offer to the passengers when they are collected.
Other than that, the communication from you is very good and the information confirmation emails are really useful.

”Had a slight problem upon arrival as our driver was not at the arrivals area, but was assisted by another 'FATA' driver who made enquiries and informed us that our driver was on his way but had had problems with a another fare causing the delay. Our driver arrived about ten minutes later, Joao was very pleasant and spoke good English and very helpful.
Return pick was punctual and again a very pleasant driver who spoke good English. I would use again without question, thank you.“
