”Unfortunately we had a missing suitcase on our arrival to Faro which meant we were very delayed coming out of the baggage claim as we had to fill out forms etc. I went ahead of my family as was worried the driver wouldn't still be there and was very relieved to see the driver still there waiting for us! When I apologised and said we might need to wait another 10 minutes for the rest of party to join us he was fine and said not to worry! Friendly driver, all Childrens and baby seats as requested and got to the hotel no problems.
Happy with the service, and would use again!

”Excellent service as always, however I was originally going to give 3 stars after our journey from the airport as the driver "john" (I think) was constantly using his phone while driving and not paying full attention to the road which made us a little bit nervous.
But the reason I give one star back to make 4 is because of the return journey for myself, firstly the driver was perfectly on time and very polite and helpful. Secondly he was full of friendly conversation which I enjoyed very much, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but I'm hoping one day to see him in Dublin for a pint of Guinness when he visits the country! “
