I wanted to send a review direct to yourself about the driver we had from Faro to Vilamoura when we arrived. He was wonderful and a credit to your company. I was travelling with a 10 month old baby, he was so sweet to her and even got me some tissues to wipe her face as I didn’t have any. He made sure her car seat was secure and tight enough which was great as I wasn’t sure how to do it. He constantly checked on her to make sure she was ok. He was wonderful and I hope you can inform of this and get the recognition he deserves. He went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure we all felt safe and looked after.

”No issues whatsoever only booked the night before but the vehicle was awaiting me at reception at agreed time and the transfer to the airport albeit 5.30am and not much traffic about was both quick and efficient.“

”Sorry but service not great for any of the 3 bookings including in particular failure to provide the correct infant seat for my daughter and son in laws baby (Dr & Mrs Coles) and the insistence of the driver on using the toll road on Saturday when there was more than sufficient time to get to Faro to catch our flight. Sorry but it is unlikely that we will use you again.“
