”When left the arrivals lounge the driver was waiting with a sign with name on it. Unfortunately my luggage was taken by another passenger but driver waited for me to get this sorted then quick and easy transfer.driver for going back to airport was 5mins early which is a change from transfers being late.

”Carlos, I must comment that the vehicle which collected us at Faro Airport was not able to take all of our luggage comfortably, we were a party of 8 adults with 6 golf bags and 5 luggage bags, the driver was expecting to put a bag on the front seats of the vehicle, however he realised he could not do so because we needed to occupy all of the seats, therefore we had to have a large luggage bag inside the vehicle across our laps. Obviously a bit disappointing. I must say that the driver was very apologetic and was a very pleasant driver.
We had a different vehicle upon our return journey that was able to place all of our bags and therefore a much more comfortable trip.“
