Service was prompt, reliable and the admin team send regular reassuring email reminders of booking details so I knew my reservation had not been forgotten or overlooked.

We were met efficiently at the airport, no waiting around. The car was spacious and extremely clean and air conditioned. The driver was friendly and gave us lots of information about the area we were staying in, as this was our first visit.
Unfortunately we had made a mistake when booking our return transfer, we had booked the car to pick us up too late for our flight. We realised this at the very last minute and had to take a taxi to the airport, as the transfer company couldn't reschedule at such short notice. We were pleasantly surprised that the very next day they refunded the money we had already payed!

”Hi Carlos, we had a lovely holiday in Portugal ,our driver was at the airport to collect us on the Saturday evening such a pleasant man he was so nice .He gave us information re Nike outlet which we did'nt know about also recommended a restaurant in Eulalia which we ate in and was just great.He was also the driver for our return journey which we were delighted with and he also pointed out different hotels on our return journey.He was such a careful driver unlike some taxi drivers,( we did'nt get his name).I 'm returning to Portugal in the middle of July going to Villamoura and will definitely be using Faro Airport Transfers hopefully we will get the same driver. ”We regularly travel to the Algarve and always transfer to our resort by taxi. We have used several taxi companies over the years but now always use Faro Airport Transfers as they are very reliable and good value for money. They are usually waiting for us at the arrivals gate - occasionally we have had a short wait for the driver and they have been reliable on the return journey. They now send an email the day before to confirm the journey - you don't have to phone them, like you do with other companies. I like the fact that we are the only passengers in the taxi - some companies without telling us have filled the taxi with other passengers, sometimes from other flights, which we have had to wait around for. I also like the fact that you can pay in advance via PayPal, but my one complaint is that they have now started charging a fee for using PayPal, so we now pay the driver in cash. I would definitely recommend Faro Airport Transfers.“

”The taxi driver was polite, pleasant and friendly. Our flight was delayed by two hours and he was still there waiting for us at the stated collection point. For the return trip to the airport we had the same driver and he was at the hotel 20 minutes before the stated time.
They were also the best price for the return taxi fare.
We were very with our service and will use Faro Airport Transfers again.
