”I booked a return transfer from Faro airport to the resort of Praia da Luz for five people, one of whom is a wheelchair user and travels in his chair.

The booking process was extremely straightforward and I had an immediate confirmation. The night before our arrival I also received a phone call from Carlos to confirm some further information. He was very polite and courteous.

On arrival at Faro, Marco, our driver, was waiting and helped with our bags to a very spacious and comfortable vehicle. He was a safe and reliable driver and despite some difficulty finding our tucked away villa, he got us there in good time. Pick up at the end of the holiday was prompt and again, Marco was very helpful.

Overall I would definitely recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and very reliable.

A huge thank you for the excellent service we received in June. I had explained I was involved in a accident last year in Portugal and was very nervous. I thought the reviews were too good to be true but absolutely correct! Both drivers were courteous, careful, friendly people. We had a very early pickup on our return and he was ten minutes early. Cannot recommend this company enough, and will definitely use in the future. Carlos responds immediately to any query, and is a pleasure to deal with.
