”When we arrived to faro there was no driver there for us , there was drivers from the company for other people.... one of the drivers rang the office for us and proceeded to walk us across the car park to a driver with a mini bus . We had requested a car but we were happy to have any kind of transfer. We were collected promptly from our hotel and had a professional service on the return“
