De beste manier om te begrijpen waarom we door Tripadvisor gewaardeerd zijn als beste transferbedrijf in de luchthaven van Faro
”the booking was at 15:45 at the hotel and the driver left before we come, we had to call (at 15:50) so they send the driver back 20 minutes later.
the reception of the hotel was aware that we were still getting ready as we had not checked out yet... It seems that the driver was given a pick up time of 15:30...
so to him were were 20min late, whereas we were only 5 min late (with 3 young kids!).
Apart from that, the driver was ok, helped with the luggage and car seats, but was arguing over the phone in portuguese maybe about our pick up ou not.
It was also convenient to be able to chat on whatsapp to set up the appointment.
