”No problems at all being met by the driver at Faro, he helped with the luggage and took my wife and daughter to our villa while I picked up a hire car. He even was suggesting directions that my wife text me to find our villa, couldn't have been more helpful. Return pick up was the same, arrived at villa 5 mins early for a 7.20am pickup. Nice big comfy mini buses both times. No complaints at all and will use again on our next visit.“

Carlos was waiting for us and gave us a bit of information about area.I recommend opting for the motorway option the extra €4 was worth it because we got to our accommodation quicker.Carlos was able to arrange for us to change our pick up time and drop us off at the Forum in Algarve instead of the airport as we had hours before check in time.l highly recommend these guys and would happily use them again.“

”I wanted to give 3 stars but screen wouldn't let me. the booking system was really easy and simple and Carlos has been very helpful before snd since the trip. unfortunately we had to wait half an hour for the taxi pick up at the airport as our driver had taken the wrong passengers. I couldn't get through to the office on the phone number provided to see where our taxi was. apart from this issue I have been pleased with the service and will use you again. however please can I suggest that your drivers check passengers paperwork before they take you to ensure its the correct people to avoid the issue we had especially as we had a young baby and waiting around the airport wasn't great“

Just a minor point that might help your customers in future, when we were collected at 9.35 am for our flight home to Southampton we
had to wait in a large queue to check in for well over an hour then after going through security had to board our plane immediately! We thought it might have been better and not so stressful at the airport if we had left vilamoura around 9am.
It was not your fault as you got us to the airport 2 hours before check in but we thought it might be something you would consider at busy times of the year. “
