”It is a very good service. The driver was waiting for us with a clearly labelled name on the iPAD. On the way to our hotel, he also gave us some brief introduction of the area, some of which amused kids a lot. On the day back to airport, the drive was a few minutes earlier waiting outside the hotel. He had updated traffic information about the motorway as there was an accident closer to the airport. He took us off the motorway but still arrive the airport at the expected time. All in all, we are happy with the service. “

He was extremely courteous and welcoming. The return trip from Alvor was as good. The driver was on time and friendly too. The communication was mostly via email which was very much appreciated as phone communication can be difficult outside your home country.They were very prompt and when I arrived in Portugal there was a driver waiting for us. Two days prior to our return I was sent an email reminder and a google map to pinpoint our resort accommodation number. The driver was promptly on time for the pick up to the airport and the ride was very smooth. The fees were reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.“

”The best transfer service we have used and we have used a few over the last 20 years. We had to make an additional transfer booking whilst out on holiday as our son traveled back earlier and it was all done very smoothly we no issues at all. On the day we were returning to the UK there was a strike by security at the airport so our driver arrived earlier to make sure we got through check in process without any delays. Excellent service which I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be using you again. ”We were impressed with the contact they made. I had an email from them a couple of days before we flew to Faro. Confirming times again. They also sent email confirming pickup times from villa. On the day of our return I received a text saying they woul be 10/15 mins late picking us up. They arrived during this time.“
