I was only able to rate the service as 4/5 on this occasion as I was unable to locate our driver at the assigned airport area on arrival as we were looking out for a driver/signs that had the FATA logo on them - a quick phone call though and our driver found us in seconds (he was wearing a 'Stork' logo). Maybe in future an email verifying the logo of the driver might help to identify the driver for first time customers like ourselves as the Arrivals area can be very busy.
I would also like to thank you again Carlos for bringing our departure time forward on the morning of our return as we requested this at late notice, it was very much appreciated.

” The service provided was excellent not only value for money but the support the drivers provided was above what could be expected. On collection at Faro the driver was polite, Informative and on arrival at the resort - 2330 hours - the reception was shut and to avoid sleeping outside that night he spent 30 minutes locating a member of staff - within a large resort - to eventually locate a key that had been left for us. That was not his role and he did not have to provide that additional support. Thank you again. Paul “

This is the 3rd year year we have used Faro Airport Transfers and each time the service has been of the highest quality in every way. Taxis have arrived on time, drivers courteous and efficient, car seats for the children have always been provided as requested and of good quality.
