”Hello Carlos,we have just arrived home after our holiday.
As always we had a wonderful time.Our visit to Tavira was especially enjoyable.
A holiday is easily ruined if airport transfers are poor....no risk of that with a first class company like yours.
Our drivers were both friendly and informative and made our journeys entertaining.
We hope to visit again in September and of course FATA will be our company of choice.

You gave me a very special driver called Rose. How lovely to have a lady driver ! She was so patient and helpful, especially as I was her last transfer of the day, and I was nearly an hour late. I was delighted to find that she was also my driver on the return journey ...and I had a wonderful surprise. Rose had bought me a special treat...a pasteis de nata! Rose had remembered our conversation when she met me, and bought this for me especially. How kind and thoughtful ! You have a very special driver working for you.

”Very painless service. Lady who picked us up at the airport when we arrived was lovely, courteous and got us to our hotel with no issues. She was there when we arrived so that was great. Our return journey however was not so good. Driver was 30 mins early and seemed in an awful rush. He was driving too close to the cars in front and I had to tell him to back off as he was tail gating. My wife couldn't wait to get out of the car and she was really nervous about his driving, it wasn't pleasant. Really good service maybe you just need to remind him that he has passengers and to slow down! Thanks “

”Very satisfied with your service as regards efficiency, punctuality, and cost.
We prefer a saloon car rather than a minibus, for a more comfortable ride. Our inbound journey from Faro to Alvor (car) was much more comfortable than the return trip (minibus).

”Great value for money and both transfers were on time. Driver waiting at the airport for our group and took us to our accommodations door in Albufeira. Return journey just as good, with the driver getting us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight home. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend.“

This is the third time I have used FATA, and usually the service has been excellent. Unfortunately this time on the return journey to the airport I was very disappointed because the driver did not have the correct child seats. I had fully explained our requirements during the original booking ie one child of 2 years, and a baby of 4 months. There was only one toddler seat which my baby had to go in and a booster seat which my toddler had to sit in. This meant both were in unsafe, uncomfortable and inappropriate seats. This is not the level of service I paid for or accept.

The excuse given was that there was a job the day before ours, who didn't require the same child seats as our party. This excuse was given several times by the driver and is absolutely not valid - if you were not able to deliver the service asked for and promised, then you should not have taken my money. At the time their was nothing I could do, so will be looking at alternative arrangements next time. “

”This was the first time I used FATA Transfers for our transfer from Faro Airport to Alvor. The whole experience was first class from booking through to pick-up and drop off in both directions. Both drivers were very courteous friendly and helpful, both very able to communicate in English and understanding of my Portuguese. Both vehicle's where very comfortable with ample space for all passengers and luggage. Excellent service.“
